No. Any account can buy an image pack and generate with it. A membership is what adds the monthly included images (and lets you list to sell).
They are saved to your AI Studio, reachable from the Money tab of your Dashboard. From there you can add an image to its listing, remove it, retry a failed one, or delete it.
