Closet Credits are your instant shop currency. When your piece sells, you receive Closet Credits that you can use immediately to shop other closets on Swap My Collective. Credits and cash are always 1:1 in value.
Closet Credits are applied instantly when your piece sells. You can start shopping with them right away — no waiting period.
No — all sales are final, and there are no returns or exchanges for fit, style or change of mind. If a piece is not right for you, relist it in your own closet for free. Separately, if a piece arrives significantly not as described, arrives damaged, or never arrives, contact support: we review each case individually and may issue a full or partial refund in Closet Credits (equivalent to the credit or cash value of your order).
You must ship within 7 days of the sale. If you don't ship on time, your account may be flagged and the buyer can contact support about a piece that never arrived, which may be refunded to them in Closet Credits. We'll send reminders at 5 and 7 days to help you stay on track.
Closet Credits: Every new piece is listed and sold in Credits. They land in your wallet as soon as your piece sells, and you spend them right away shopping other closets. 1 Credit = $1, and there is no platform commission.
Cash: Cash listing was retired in August 2026. Pieces listed for cash before then are still live and still sell for cash, paid out via Stripe after delivery. Their sellers can convert them to Credits at any time.
