Swap My Collective is a members-only fashion marketplace where members shop and sell women's and children's clothing, shoes, bags, and accessories — without paying commission. Members earn Credits when their pieces sell, and spend them shopping other members' closets.
Shopping is free — no membership needed. Selling requires a membership: Essential or Elevated, billed monthly or yearly (yearly saves 20%). Both unlock selling, AI photos, and full marketplace features.
Memberships can be cancelled or reactivated at any time through your profile. Access remains active until the end of your billing period.
No. You can shop without uploading pieces.
New pieces are listed for Credits — cash listing has been retired. If you listed pieces for cash before the change, they stay live and still sell for cash, and you can switch them over to Credits whenever you like.
Buyers pay shipping at checkout. Sellers receive a prepaid label and ship within the handling window. Tracking is shared once the piece is on its way.
Contact support. We investigate using tracking and seller details, and a piece confirmed as never delivered is refunded to you in Closet Credits.
All sales are final. If something doesn't work out, you can re-list the piece in your own closet for Credits.
Credits are used to shop pieces listed for Credits, and every new piece is listed for Credits. Some earlier pieces are still priced in cash and must be purchased with cash — the two are never mixed in one purchase, so pricing always stays clear.
No. Upload a clear photo and our AI enhancement places your piece on a clean, elevated model. AI is optional.
Yes. You can select a Swap My AI model or upload your own profile photo.
Essential Membership includes 15 AI images per month. Advanced Membership includes 60 AI images per month. Additional AI images can be purchased anytime from your AI Studio.
AI images reset monthly — you get a fresh allowance each billing cycle, and unused monthly images do not carry over. AI image packs you purchase separately are always preserved.

AI-enhanced listings create a clean, consistent, professional look — and are designed to make uploading simple and elevated to attract more engagement than standard photos.
Women's and kids clothing, footwear, and accessories that are less than 8 years old and in good condition that meet the Swap My Standard. Vintage pieces are welcome and approved manually.
The Mini Marketplace is our dedicated space for kids' and baby clothing, shoes, and accessories. Mini pieces are Credits-only — no cash. Toggle "Mini Closet" when uploading to list a kids' piece.
