Swap My Collective is a peer-to-peer marketplace. This means you are purchasing items directly from other members. Each seller is responsible for their own listings. Swap My Collective does not own or physically inspect items.
All purchases on Swap My Collective are final. • No returns • No refunds • No exchanges If an item isn't the right fit or style, you are encouraged to relist it on Swap My Collective.
Items sold on Swap My Collective are pre-owned unless stated otherwise and expected to be in excellent condition. However, minor signs of wear may be present. Condition is based on the seller's description and images. As a buyer, you are responsible for reviewing photos, descriptions, and sizing details before completing your purchase.
Purchases can be made using credit card or platform credits (1 credit = $1 CAD). Credits have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and can only be used on items listed for credits.
Shipping costs are paid at checkout. Sellers are responsible for shipping items within the required timeframe. Once shipped, tracking will be provided. Swap My Collective is not responsible for shipping delays, lost or damaged packages.
Swap My Collective requires all sellers to list authentic items. However, as a marketplace, Swap My Collective cannot guarantee authenticity in every case. If you believe an item has been misrepresented, you may contact support.
You agree not to: • Attempt to complete transactions outside of the platform • Abuse or manipulate the credit system • Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior
Transactions are between buyer and seller. Swap My Collective is not liable for disputes, item condition, or shipping issues. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
