Before you start selling on Swap My Collective, here's what you're agreeing to.

You agree that every item you list on Swap My Collective is: • 100% authentic (no replicas or "inspired" items) • In excellent condition (new with tags, like new, or gently worn) • Clean, current, and accurately represented • Free from stains, damage, or excessive wear You will clearly disclose any flaws and use honest descriptions and images. Swap My Collective reserves the right to remove any listing that does not meet these standards.
Swap My Collective has a strict authenticity policy. If any item listed is found to be counterfeit, replica, or misrepresented, your account may be suspended or permanently removed from Swap My Collective.
Items are listed for credits (1 credit = $1 CAD). Cash listing was retired on August 20, 2026; items listed for cash before that date remain valid, may still be sold for cash, and may be converted to credits by the seller at any time. No new cash listings can be created. Once an item is sold, the transaction is final and listings cannot be altered.
As a seller, you agree to: • Ship your item within 5 days of sale • Use the prepaid shipping label provided by Swap My Collective • Package items securely and appropriately Once shipped, tracking is automatically provided to the buyer. Failure to ship within the required timeframe may result in account warnings or restrictions.
Cash earnings are paid out via Stripe. You are responsible for any applicable taxes on earnings. Swap My Collective does not take commission on your sales.
All purchases made on Swap My Collective are final. Returns and refunds are not permitted. Buyers are encouraged to relist items if they are not a fit.
You agree not to: • Complete transactions outside of Swap My Collective • Misrepresent items • Upload prohibited brands or items (including fast fashion such as Shein) • Abuse or manipulate the credit system
By uploading images, you agree that: • You own or have the rights to all images submitted • Swap My Collective may enhance these images using AI technology • AI-generated images are intended to elevate presentation and may not be exact representations
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in listing removal, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
